How can I
get my husband off his ass ~
When we first found out that my husbands factory was gonna close down we were kinda scared. It usually doesn't take me long to find some good in a bad situation. Years of practice dealing with bad situations in my life have forced me to perfect this handy ability. That and the fact that my husband is a worrier and he can get a little negative at times. It's a job in itself just to keep him out of the dulldrums, but my winning personallity usualy perks him right up. The good in this case was that we needed to spend some alone time together, it's hard to find that with three kids. We could work on the house, tons of things need fixed and now he'll have the time. Unimployment could keep us afloat so he could go back to school and I would take on some extra hours and we would be just fine! We've been through worse shit and made it, so this will be piece of cake. Sounded good to me. I told him just relax for awhile take it easy. Lord knows he needs that. In the fifteen years that we've been married he's only been out of work for four months and then he practically made a job out of finding a job. He's a good man and a hard worker, so I thought he might get restless with just sitting at home. Well, the opposite has happened, he's just loving it and at first it was nice to see him so mellow and relaxed but now it's just pissin' me off. I told him to relax for awhile not forever. He hasn't checked out any collages yet, or done any of the things around the house that he could be doing instead of getting on my last fu**i*g nerve. He's also too busy laying on the couch watching wrestling and hogging my computer to spend time with his fabulas wife, who is just itchin' to sock him one for all this neglect. I finally had enough so I told him to get up off his ass, lazy time is over and I want shit done around here. He didn't take that to kindly and of course now I'm a bitch~oh well! Got him off his ass at least. Now, if I could just get him to get dressed............. |
