Everybody has a
nick
name ~
Does your family nick name everyone? Mine does,
it wouldn't be so bad if it was only one family member but, when you
have several people givin' you different nick names....it
gets embarrassing.
My uncle calls me 'Wop' he gave me that when I was pregnant. A few of
my other nick names include Dooble, and Mac, because I always
played with mac trucks... I hate dolls, and Sissy. That
doesn't include the nick name that I actually go by.
Most of my family go by nick names. A couple of my sisters nicknames
are Pebbles
or Pebs. I call her Joe, lots of people call her James. My brother is
Bing or Bang... depending on the accent, I just call him Bub.
My daughters have some weird ones my mom gave um, my oldest is called
Ganno ( short for gramas girl ) If you can't figure that out put in a
little baby talk and accent it some. My middle daughter is called
Boo-weezy, because she used to hide from my mom and jump out and say
boo, the weezy part is because of her asthma. My youngest is called
Bobby, she was the only one that I breast fed and she used to bob up
and down trying to find my nipple.
My mother calls my husband Fred simply because she forgot his name one
day and Fred was the name that came out so that's what he's been ever
since... The worst part about that was, we had already been married for
five years:)
It's not just my family that gives out nick names it's my whole town
but since I'm related to just about everyone in this town maybe it is
just 'my' family. Some other nick names of people I know are
Ro-ped,
Pig, Mouse, Tiny, Spike, Beaner, Tab, Rosco, Bummer, Peewee, Dino,
Buck, Monkey, Skeeter, Squeak, Ryno, Rude, Red, and Pickles, just to
name a few.
